Services in practice

FHIR & regulatory readiness

Our integration and implementation services include support for changing healthcare requirements. Turn those requirements into a delivery plan with clear priorities, system changes and testable workflows, working with your technical, clinical and compliance teams.

HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) supports standardized health data exchange. We help scope the work across APIs, EHR connections, data quality, workflow design and implementation.

Generally January 1, 2027

CMS interoperability & prior authorization

CMS-0057-F requires affected payers to enhance Patient Access APIs and implement Provider Access, Payer-to-Payer and Prior Authorization APIs. API compliance dates generally begin in 2027 and vary by payer type. These prior authorization requirements cover medical items and services, excluding drugs.

Engagement focusReadiness and gap assessments, FHIR API planning, data mapping, consent workflows, testing and implementation coordination.

Our approach

Clarity at the start.
Ownership throughout.

Every engagement should make it clear what will be delivered, who is responsible and how success will be evaluated.

  1. Define the outcome.

Understand the problem, agree on scope and identify the decisions, dependencies and acceptance criteria that matter.

  2. Match the expertise.

Identify the healthcare, technical and operational skills the work needs. Confirm the engagement lead, specialist fit, availability and responsibilities before work begins.

  3. Lead the work through.

Use clear milestones and direct communication to keep decisions moving. Include the testing, documentation, training and handoff your team needs to own the result.
